Stay Happy was born from a lifelong love of the outdoors, the Northwoods, and the simple moments that become our favorite memories.

With a background in advertising, branding, interior design and real estate, I’ve spent years creating experiences that connect with people. In 2013, I began investing in real estate, eventually discovering that vacation rentals brought together everything I love—beautiful spaces, hospitality, the outdoors, and creating memorable experiences.

Today, Stay Happy is about sharing that passion with others. There’s something incredibly rewarding about knowing a family is gathering around a campfire, exploring the lake, or returning year after year to a place that has become part of their story.

We also help other property owners experience the rewards of vacation rentals without the day-to-day demands of managing them. From creating a property guests love to building the systems behind a great stay, our goal is simple: help owners stay happy while their guests make lasting memories.

Our team has eyes on your home after every guest turnover, keeping tabs on your investment. We utilize experienced and locally-respected contractors to handle any necessary repairs. We treat your home as if it was our own, ensuring your property is professionally maintained and properly repaired with little to no guest impact. After all, the condition and functionality of your property directly correlates to guest experience and reviews.

Staying current and on the cutting edge of digital tools is what separates the good rentals from exceptional vacation experiences.   • We can operate in various US markets, but we currently have hosting clients and our own portfolio in Northern Wisconsin.
